identified by ISBE as professional learning, teacher content knowledge, curriculum implementation, modeling/observation, collaboration, data-driven instruction, & emotional/moral support,
ROE 40 is excited to offer additional services to interested K-12 teachers & schools across our 14 districts throughout Calhoun, Greene, Jersey, and Macoupin Counties.

- Instructional Math Partnerships- Would you like to have an instructional partner to discuss lesson ideas, curriculum, tech, or data that assist with the teaching & learning of mathematics? Are you interested in collaborating with another educator to co-teach a lesson? Are you interested in having another educator visit your classroom, observe a lesson, and give feedback?
- Early-Career Mentorship- Would you like a mentor to serve as a coach regarding pedagogy, math content, assessment, or classroom organization? Do you seek support regarding teaching concerns/challenges?
- Professional Development Support- Do you seek professional development that will enhance teaching strategies, math content knowledge, curriculum implementation, or technology skills? Are you looking for presentors for PD at your school? Do you seek collaborative opportunities through professional learning communities to share ideas, discuss challenges, and support each other’s growth?
- STEM Resources & Event/Community Collaborations- Do you seek resources pertaining to mathematics content, lessons, technology, projects, learning opportunities, and ideas for special STEM events & community collaborations?
